Alolo ChatUsing Alolo Chat
These terms apply to the Alolo Chat iOS app, Alolo Chat Web, alolochat.com, and related services. You must use the service lawfully and provide accurate account information.
You are responsible for activity on your account, protecting access to your device and verification codes, and ending sessions on devices you no longer trust.
User content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you create or share. You grant Alolo Chat a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, process, display, and otherwise handle that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload or share, including photos, videos, contact information, and group content.
Safety and acceptable use
Do not use Alolo Chat for unlawful activity, harassment, threats, exploitation, impersonation, spam, fraud, malicious software, intellectual-property violations, or attempts to disrupt or bypass the service's security.
Users can block and report accounts or content. We may investigate reports and remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or delete accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
Calls, AI, and third-party services
Call quality and availability depend on your device, network, permissions, and real-time communications providers. Do not rely on Alolo Chat for emergency communications.
Exo AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review it before relying on it and do not submit content you are not authorized to process. Features provided through third parties may also be subject to their applicable terms.
Availability and changes
The service may change, be interrupted, or stop supporting a feature, device, browser, or region. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may update these terms and will revise the date shown on this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means the revised terms apply where permitted by law.
Account closure
You may delete your account in the app. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, creates risk, or must be restricted by law.
Account closure ends your right to use the account but does not affect provisions that reasonably continue, including rights in intellectual property, lawful retention, dispute handling, and limitations of liability.
Ownership and responsibility
Alolo Chat branding, software, visual design, and official materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not give you permission to copy, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse them except where the law allows.
To the extent permitted by law, Alolo Chat is provided as available and we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by network failures, user content, unauthorized account access, or reliance on AI output.
